EYE SHADOW: Gently apply a black eyeshadow and carefully make an "eyeshadow tail" (dont apply too much) then use a dark purple/violet eyeshadow to make an outside frame to the "eyeshadow tail".

EYE LINER: To add a lower frame on your eyes, slightly put a black eyeliner and make it a little thick. use the purple eyeshadow to make the dark eyeliner look a little smoky.

LIPS:  Slick dark purple lipstick.
